The equipment adopts 8-station & 10-station rotary die-cutting machine, which can simultaneously bond multiple layers, with a rolling accuracy of up to 0.01mm, a production accuracy of multiple stacked products: 0.15mm, a speed of 6M/min, and a maximum capacity of 14.4 KK/pcs/month for high-speed quantization. The die-cutting stations are all driven by a separate servo system, which enables independent start, stop, forward, reverse, synchronization, ratio, fine-tuning and other functions for each station; each set of material shafts is driven by a separate servo system, which is commonly used for receiving, unloading, changing direction, and anthropomorphic starting, providing customers with high-quality and high-speed mass production products.
